Scope of Work
1. Design & Development
End-to-end design and development of the main ServiceNow portal and sub-portals
Implementation in a non-production (POC) environment
2. UI/UX Design
Build an intuitive, user-friendly interface
Ensure responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices
3. Process Orchestration
Implement workflows and orchestration within ServiceNow
Utilize existing platform capabilities and licenses
4. Functional Prototype (POC)
Develop universal ticketing functionality
Integrate AI-driven features for employee service requests and queries
Key Technical Areas
Parent portal homepage development
Department-specific sub-portals and UI pages
Approvals page (pending & completed approvals tracking)
Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
Universal Ticketing across departments
Dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
NowAssist AI (integrated with Knowledge Base, SharePoint, and external sources)
Process orchestration for selected services
Fulfiller workspace, dashboards, and reporting
Mobile-ready portal accessible from non-corporate devices
SharePoint integration
Required Skills
Certified ServiceNow professional
Strong hands-on experience in:
Employee Center / Employee Center Pro
NowAssist AI

Experience with integrations (especially SharePoint)
