[Remote] VCF Operations Senior Consultant

The VCF Operations Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management of VMware Cloud Foundation environments, focusing on hands-on operational execution and collaboration with client operations teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day operations of VMware Cloud Foundation environments, including compute, network, and storage componentsExecute lifecycle activities such as upgrades, patching, and environment maintenance using SDDCManagerMonitor platform health and respond to alerts, incidents, and performance issuesTroubleshoot issues across vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and VCF management componentsAssist with environment configuration, capacity management, and performance optimizationCollaborate with client teams to support incident resolution and operational improvementsMaintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and operational proceduresFollow established operational processes, standards, and client-specific requirementsSupport onboarding of new workloads or infrastructure into existing VCF environmentsSkillsCurrent Experience supporting VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments, including the use of VCF Operations (formerly Aria Operations/vROps) for platform-wide monitoring, capacity planning, and performance managementFamiliarity with lifecycle management, upgrades, and patching of infrastructure platformsExperience with VMware technologies such as vSphere, NSX, vSAN, or SDDC ManagerExperience troubleshooting infrastructure issues across compute, network, and storageAbility to manage multiple operational tasks and prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsRelevant VMware certifications such as VCP-DCV, VCP-NV, or related tracksVCF 9 Knowledge: Experience with the unified VCF 9 console and its simplified networking workflowsCompany OverviewEntelligence helps the world’s technology leaders quickly deliver their most advanced cloud solutions to their most important customers.
