[Remote] Vacation Rental Acquisition Specialist

They are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to source and onboard new vacation rental properties into their management portfolio. Responsibilities • Identify, prospect, and engage property owners interested in professional vacation rental management • Educate owners on the benefits of partnering with an established, high-performing management company • Build and manage your own pipeline of qualified property leads • Coordinate with our onboarding and operations team to smoothly transition new properties under management Skills • Several years of experience in vacation rental management (Talensparkx, VRBO, short-term rentals), or property management, real estate, or related hospitality fields • Strong understanding of short-term rental economics and owner pain points • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills • Highly motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis Benefits • Unlimited earning potential • No cap on commissions and no territory limitations • Flexible schedule Company Overview • At Breeze Getaways, we offer more than just properties—we provide elevated vacation experiences across the US.
