Remote Vacation Planner

Remote Full-time
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Vacation Planners. In this role, you will work from home to help clients design and book memorable vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, destination weddings, honeymoons, and group trips. You’ll use your passion for travel and excellent communication skills to turn your clients’ dreams into stress-free, perfectly planned getaways.

Responsibilities:
• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and special requirements.
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities to create customized travel itineraries.
• Book and manage reservations with our network of vendors (flights, hotels, cruises, tours, transfers).
• Provide ongoing client support before, during, and after travel to ensure a smooth experience.
• Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, promotions, and supplier offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, aiming for repeat bookings and referrals.
• Manage multiple client inquiries simultaneously while delivering a high level of service.
• Optionally participate in ongoing training and professional development to grow your travel expertise.

Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using online booking tools, email, and video conferencing.
• Passionate about travel, hospitality, and creating amazing client experiences.
• No prior experience required — full training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work.
