The UX Designer II will be responsible for creating intuitive digital experiences, collaborating with product owners and developers to enhance user journeys and improve overall conversion rates.ResponsibilitiesLead the creation and refinement of design concepts, mockups, and prototypes for digital products and experiences. Ensure that high-fidelity concept and design files are delivered to development teamsProvide strategic input regarding the direction and production of visual experiences. Is responsible for seeing that enhancements are carried throughIs responsible to define journey goals and measure their output. Own analysis of journey performance and driving recommendationsUse best practices to evolve product design according to business needs. Test and validate iterative design solutionsUtilize analytics and heatmapping tools to understand user behavior and identify gaps in user journeysProblem-solve user experience issues while balancing technical constraintsDevelop content hierarchies and structured models to deliver consistency across digital experiencesAct as a UX partner to cross-functional teams to deliver the best possible user and brand experience.
