**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. * Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering to ensure a seamless shopping experience
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
