Avance Consulting is seeking an experienced UTV Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the United States. The role involves managing regional sales activities, building dealer networks, and identifying new business opportunities within various industries including powersports and agriculture.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectivesIdentify and cultivate new business opportunities, dealer partnerships, and key customer accountsManage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, quotations, and order fulfillmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers, customers, and industry stakeholdersRecruit, onboard, and support authorized dealers within assigned territoriesMonitor dealer performance and provide guidance to improve sales and customer satisfactionConduct product training and sales support programs for dealer teamsCollaborate with dealers to develop market growth initiatives and promotional activitiesMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activityGather and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for business expansionProvide market feedback and recommendations to leadership regarding products, pricing, and customer requirementsServe as a primary point of contact for dealer and customer inquiriesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, product support, and issue resolutionSupport aftermarket sales opportunities, including parts, accessories, and service programsSkills3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or sales management within UTV/ATV, powersports, automotive, heavy equipment, agriculture, or related industriesStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsProven ability to meet sales targets and grow market shareAbility to travel extensively within assigned territoriesProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systemsExperience working with dealer networks, distributors, or channel partners is preferredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredBenefitsCompetitive base salary with performance-based incentives.Travel reimbursement and vehicle allowance.Comprehensive benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Dynamic and collaborative work environment.Company OverviewStaffing, Staffing Agency, Recruitment It was founded in 2007, and is headquartered in London, England, GBR, with a workforce of 501-1000 employees.
