[Remote] US Immigration Attorney

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a US Immigration Attorney to manage employment-based immigration matters, particularly focusing on EB-3 Green Card and asylum cases. The role involves leading legal aspects of immigration filings and providing empathetic legal counsel to professionals throughout their journey. Responsibilities • Lead all legal aspects of employment immigration filings, including PERM labor certifications, prevailing wage requests, and I-140 petitions • Offer trusted, empathetic legal counsel to professionals, ensuring they feel informed, secure, and supported throughout their journey • Minimize candidate attrition by fostering confidence through transparent and consistent communication • Act as the organization’s immigration subject matter expert, keeping internal teams updated on current laws, policy changes, and regulatory shifts • Work closely with the senior leadership team to support company goals and ensure legal processes align with business needs Skills • Licensed US Immigration Attorney with experience in employment-based Green Card processes (EB-3), asylum claims, TPS, and related filings • Demonstrated success in managing complex immigration cases and communicating legal strategies clearly to non-legal audiences • Someone who leads with both confidence and empathy • Ability to build trust with individuals navigating uncertainty • Passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting Company Overview • Alchemy GTS offers recruitment and talent acquisition for industries like logistics, shipping, and corporate housing.
