[Remote] Treasury Analyst (100% Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kforce Inc is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their Treasury Team in a 100% remote capacity. The role involves managing daily cash transfers, updating client banking information, and assisting with banking inquiries and reporting.
ā¢ Responsibilities
ā¢ Work with teammates to accomplish the daily cash transfers across various banks and bank accounts
ā¢ Update and/or review updates of clients' banking information
ā¢ Work with teammates to initiate ACH Debit and/or ACH Credit batches
ā¢ Handle ACH debit rejects, resolution and debit reattempts
ā¢ Review and respond to client cases related to team activity
ā¢ Participate in ad hoc projects
ā¢ Assemble data and prepare reports as needed
ā¢ Assist in handling banking activity inquiries
ā¢ Initiate inquiries and/or requests to our banking partners
ā¢ Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
ā¢ 3-4 years of experience in an Accounting, banking, or finance required
ā¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
ā¢ Technically minded
ā¢ Great attention to detail
ā¢ Excellent analytical skills
ā¢ Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
ā¢ Understanding of Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement
ā¢ Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
ā¢ Team player (works well with others) and an ability to take direction
