**Responsibilities**

As a B2B Customer Insights Senior Manager at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in uncovering valuable insights that inform business strategies and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include:

* **Conducting research and analysis**: Design and execute custom research studies to uncover actionable insights that inform business decisions and drive competitive advantage.
* **Building strong relationships**: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, providing guidance and expertise on market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
* **Collaborating with cross-functional teams**: Work closely with marketing, product development, CX, and design teams to align research with business goals and objectives.
* **Communicating research findings**: Present research findings compellingly and persuasively, using data visualization and storytelling techniques to engage stakeholders.
* **Advocating for the customer's perspective**: Ensure that the customer's needs and preferences are considered in decision-making, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
* **Contributing to marketing and product strategies**: Identify opportunities for growth and innovation, contributing to the development of marketing and product strategies that drive business success.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience**: A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
* **Six or more years of relevant experience**: Demonstrated experience in B2B research, with a focus on quantitative market/survey research with hard-to-reach business decision-makers.
* **B2B Research experience**: Proven experience in conducting research with business decision-makers, with a focus on the technology or telecoms category.
* **Ability to independently translate business needs**: The ability to independently translate business needs and objectives into the appropriate research design and actionable insights.

**Nice-to-haves**

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* **Advanced degree in Market Research, Social Sciences, or Business**: An advanced degree in a relevant field or certification in market research would be an asset.
* **Experience in conducting research with Business decision-makers**: Experience conducting research with business decision-makers in the technology or telecoms category would be beneficial.
* **Experience at or working alongside a market research agency**: Experience working with a market research agency or related vendor would be an asset.
* **Strong analytical and data interpretation skills**: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
* **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**: The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
