JAK Travel Agency is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Planning Specialist to assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating travel arrangements. This remote role focuses on customer support, organization, and providing a positive travel planning experience. Responsibilities
• Assist clients with researching and planning travel arrangements such as lodging, transportation, and activities
• Respond to client questions via email, phone, or online platforms in a professional and timely manner
• Provide general travel information and support throughout the planning process
• Maintain accurate and organized client records
• Follow company procedures and supplier guidelines
• Participate in required training and team communications
• Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service
Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace
• Willingness to complete required training

Pay: $20,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
