Key Responsibilities

ā¢ Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms
ā¢ Manage bookings, payments, and travel documentation
ā¢ Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after travel
Qualifications
ā¢ Strong communication and customer service skills
ā¢ Basic computer and internet navigation skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and stay organized
ā¢ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
ā¢ Passion for travel is a plus
ā¢ No prior experience required (training provided)
