Job Description:
As a Social Media Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in enhancing the Disney experience for our customers across various social media platforms. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about Disney offerings while maintaining the company’s high standards of service.
