Remote Travel Advisor
We are in search of a Remote Travel Advisor who will be responsible for creating and presenting travel bookings to our clients.
Travel Advisor Responsibilities...
Ā Researching and providing clients with options for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on their preferences and budget.
Ā Creating and booking travel packages for clients.
Ā Providing advice on travel regulations and requirements for visas and passports.
Ā Helping clients navigate through the booking process, including making reservations and issuing tickets.
Ā Communicating with clients before, during, and after their trip to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that arise.
Ā Building relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Ā Staying current on industry news and trends to provide the best advice and recommendations to clients.
Required Skills
Ā Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Ā Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ā Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ā Knowledge of travel regulations and requirements for visas and passports.
Ā Strong research skills to find the best travel options for clients.
Ā Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software.
Ā Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Ā High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is preferred.
Ā Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
Ā Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is required.
