The ideal candidate has strong listening skills, excellent grammar, and fast typing abilities, with the ability to handle various accents, speech patterns, and industry-specific content.

Key Responsibilities
• * Accurately transcribe audio and video recordings into text while maintaining high spelling, grammar, and punctuation standards.
• * Identify speaker changes, timestamps, and background noise indicators where necessary.
• * Adhere to client-specific guidelines, including formatting, verbatim transcription, and time-coding.
• * Work with various industries such as business, legal, medical, academic, and media transcription.
• * Conduct basic research to ensure correct spelling of names, terminology, and technical jargon.
• * Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality and error-free transcripts.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent grammar and punctuation.
• * Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy.
• * Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to handle different accents and audio quality levels.
• * Experience with transcription software (e.g., Express Scribe, Otter.ai, Descript, Rev, or similar tools).
• * Ability to handle confidential information and follow data privacy guidelines.
• * Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• * Experience in verbatim, non-verbatim, or time-coded transcription is a plus.
• Experience
• * Entry-level to experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
