[Remote] Transaction Advisory Services Healthcare Senior Manager/ Director

Bennett Thrasher is expanding and seeks an experienced Transaction Advisory Services Healthcare Senior Manager or Director with a path to partner for the right individual. This role will lead the healthcare side of the M&A practice, focusing on providing advisory services for transactions in various healthcare sub-sectors.ResponsibilitiesLeads client engagement teams throughout every aspect of project deliverable and ensures effective and efficient delivery of quality servicesExamines complex deal related issues and provides appropriate insight into deal specific matters, including but not limited to quality of earnings adjustments, pro-forma/normalization calculations, working capital analysis, debt and debt-like analysis, and sale and purchase agreement reviewLeads the full spectrum of transaction advisory work for multiple engagements including buy-side and sell-side mandatesCoaches and mentors staff in key areas, including detailed due diligence, critical decision making, report writing, and project managementEnsures client expectations are met, maintains client relationships and identifies and resolves client issues/concernsAssists in identifying risks and issues related to the transaction and effectively communicate to clientsWorks alongside TAS practice leadership to further develop practice initiatives and strategyIdentifies and pursues business development opportunities through industry relationshipsLeads the development of proposal documents and conducts presentations in pursuit of acquiring new clientsCapable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment either independently or within a team dynamic while effectively managing unexpected issues and/or questions in a professional mannerSkillsSeven (7) or more years of prior Financial Due Diligence and Quality of Earnings related professional services experience, of which at least five (5) years have been spent in a dedicated TAS environment, to include complex buy and sell side transactionsSignificant experience in the Healthcare sector including but not limited to experience with hospitals and health systems, physician practices, MSOs, ACOs, MCOs, Healthcare IT, RCM, payor contracts (including risk bearing contracts), pharmacy, and other healthcare related organizationsPrior experience interacting and working directly with C-level personnelExcellent project management and communication skills, as well as a sense of urgency and drive to help the company service its clientsAbility to lead engagements, support/supervise staff and respond to client needsExhibits an executive presence and strong business acumenCarve-out experienceBenefitsInvolved with local community activities through the Bennett Thrasher FoundationFive different Business Resource GroupsCompany OverviewBennett Thrasher is the eighth largest Atlanta-based full-service certified public accounting and consulting firm.
