Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role supports engineering and project delivery teams by ensuring efficient coordination, documentation, scheduling, and communication across various projects.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain project documents including design narratives, specifications, schedules, bills of materials, and other technical documentsCoordination with the marketing team for proposals and qualification packagesTrack document completion and coordinate distribution to internal and external stakeholdersAssemble and submit building permit application packages to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ)Support construction-phase coordination including downloading, organizing, and transferring submittals, RFIs, and other contractor communicationsCoordinate project closeout documentation, including record drawings and internal archivingManage and update project schedulesTrack deadlines, milestones, and deliverablesCommunicate internal deadlines and milestones across project teamsFacilitate workflow across design and construction phasesSupport communication between project managers, engineers, vendors, and external partnersHelp maintain clear and timely communication on project deliverablesMaintain all client document clearing house to specific client standards and needsSupport billing projections, as neededSkills1-5 Years AEC Industry ExperienceExperience supporting design and/or construction administration activitiesStrong organizational and multitasking capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detailProficiency and/or experience in: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Microsoft Project (or similar scheduling software), Business Client & Construction management platforms (Oracle, Arriba Procore, Fieldglass, ACC, or similar), Financial/project planning platforms (Deltek Vantagepoint or similar), Bluebeam Revu and Adobe AcrobatExperience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or similar technical environmentsFamiliarity with telecom/data center or critical‑environment projectsPMP or similar certificationFamiliarity with the following preferred: Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360, Network tools such as SAP Ariba, FieldglassBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionBasic life insurance401(k) planThe ability to purchase company stock at a discount10 paid holidaysPaid leave programs for military service and new parentsMerit increasesPerformance discretionary bonusStockCompany OverviewHaag is an employee-owned forensic engineering & technical consulting firm, since 1924.
