The Trading Services Solutions Consultant will lead implementation projects to onboard new clients onto the Addepar Trading Platform, ensuring a smooth client experience through training and project management.ResponsibilitiesLead and complete implementation projects onboarding new clients to the Addepar Trading PlatformLead all aspects of client relationships and expectations from project inception to stabilizationTrain clients on platform best practices and build detailed Solutions Design and Project Plan documentationDemonstrate technical and industry expertise to transition clients and their data onto Addepar TradingSolve customer concerns and bring issue resolution to closure using cross-team collaboration, problem-solving, and trainingEffectively set, lead, and communicate expectations both internally and externallyPrioritize and context-switch effectively to complete simultaneous projectsThink critically about how to improve our current processes and tools both internally and externally as our client base expandsBe an authority on all things Addepar TradingSkillsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experienceSuperior communication, organizational, problem solving and time-management skillsProficiency in math, financial equations/terminology, and database set up methodologiesExperience using help desk/ CRM (Salesforce) and remote support toolsPerseverance when handling tough assignments and willingness to bring client issues to resolutionPassion for problem-solving and continuous learningPassion for technology and finance3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing roleDesire to be a part of a diverse teamPrevious experience in investment management, finance/trading, trading softwareBenefitsBonusEquityBenefitsCompany OverviewAddepar is a financial software company that provides a platform for aggregating, analyzing, and reporting investment portfolios.
