Sr. Legal Counsel

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Sr. Legal Counsel at CVS Health. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and consultation to the company on a variety of issues. We are looking for a self-starter who can work independently and who possesses the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.To be successful in this role, you should have a Juris Doctor degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience practicing law, ideally in a corporate environment. An in-depth knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and other legal disciplines is also required. You should have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and consultation to CVS Health on a variety of issues. Research and analyze laws, regulations, and legal documents. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts. Develop and implement legal policies and procedures. Monitor legal and regulatory developments that may affect the company. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations. Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
