[Remote] TMS Configuration Engineer

This role focuses on optimizing the Transportation Management System to ensure it meets the complexities of global specialty logistics for the pharmaceutical industry, impacting service quality and pharmaceutical integrity.ResponsibilitiesLead Infios configuration deliveryDesign, build, and optimize Infios TMS configurations including workflows, rules, master data structures, and rate logic to support global specialty logisticsPerform unit testing and peer reviews of configuration changes (e.g., rules, workflows, rates, master data impacts), ensuring expected behavior across core logistics scenarios while maintaining consistency with standards, performance considerations, and maintainabilityFacilitate meetings and give product demonstrationsPlan and execute configuration migrations between environments (e.g., dev/test/staging/prod) using established tools and processes, validating completeness, dependencies, and version alignmentPartner with integration teams and vendors to support TMS connectivity and data flows (EDI/API/file-based), ensuring configurations align with mapping, events, statuses, and orchestration across systemsWork closely with other teams to turn business requirements into scalable Infios design patterns (configuration over customization where possible)Contribute to configuration standards, reusable patterns, documentation, and governance that increase delivery speed without sacrificing qualitySkillsBachelor's degree in Programming/Systems or Computer Science or other related field.
