[Remote] TIBCO Developer with GCP Exp

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HMG AMERICA LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior TIBCO Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale integration solutions using the TIBCO suite of products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks and should be comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy integration services using TIBCO BusinessWorks, EMS, adapters, and related tools
• Implement and optimize REST/SOAP APIs and messaging interfaces (JMS, queues/topics)
• Build reusable components and frameworks that support scalable enterprise solutions
• Participate in architectural discussions and influence integration patterns and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level and junior developers
• Review and enforce coding standards, integration design patterns, and quality practices
• Conduct unit/integration testing and collaborate with QA to ensure quality deliverables
• Assist in production deployments and provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation (design specs, deployment guides, support notes)
• Exposure to cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with Google BigQuery, GCP storage, or data transformation workflows is advantageous
• Ability to collaborate with cloud/data teams to enable hybrid integration solutions

Skills
• 7+ years of experience in software development with a focus on TIBCO solutions (BusinessWorks, EMS, etc.)
• Proven expertise in integration design, middleware development, and messaging technologies
• Strong understanding of SOAP/REST web services, XML/XSD/JSON, and JMS
• Proficiency in Java and strong SQL skills
• Experience with SDLC best practices, version control (Git), CI/CD, and automated testing
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially BigQuery
• Experience with containerization (Docker), Kubernetes, or cloud automation
• Knowledge of data processing, analytics workflows, or ETL pipelines
