They are seeking a Regional Account Executive to manage the sales process for new business within the Fire/EMS market, focusing on new logo acquisition and strategic sales strategies. This role involves developing a sales pipeline, engaging with clients, and leading contract negotiations within a defined territory.ResponsibilitiesDevelop & manage a sales pipeline for assigned named accounts in a region of the United StatesDevelop strategic sales strategies and plans tailored to prospective agencies or departmentsProspect new business targets through consistent regional engagement, onsite meetings, trade shows, and networking with key decision makers and industry partnersDemonstrate ESO products through meetings, sales presentations, and engagement of subject matter expertsDevelop and progress sales opportunities that address the specific needs of the clientLead and support contract negotiations driving sales opportunities to closureAccurately forecast sales opportunities and manage pipeline accordinglyWork effectively within CRM by actively documenting, updating, and utilizing tools and data to effectively conduct daily activitiesSkills3 - 5 years enterprise/outside sales experienceAbility to travel 50% of the timeThrives on hunting and uncovering new businessAbility to meet and exceed quotaTeam seller mentality and strategic sales mindsetAdept at forecasting to a high level of accuracyFlexible and adapts quickly in a fast-paced environmentStrong solution based selling skills and ability to navigate complex sales cyclesPrevious EMS, Fire or Military experiencePrevious sales experience in the Public Safety, Emergency Services, Government or HealthcareCompany OverviewESO is a computeer software company that develops a software intended to improve community health through the power of data.
