[Remote] Territory Sales Manager-PHX

The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for selling and promoting GM and Ford Accessories within assigned dealerships, achieving sales objectives, and providing training and support to dealership personnel.ResponsibilitiesOur Territory Sales Account Managers work closely with dealership personnel to train, advise and support the sales of GM and/or Ford AccessoriesTerritories are assigned monthly sales objectives tied to individual GM and/or Ford dealership objectivesPerformance is based on exceeding 100% of the assigned territory sales objective and market team objectiveConsult with dealership managers/executives to improve GM and/or Ford Accessories sales processes and dealer profitability opportunitiesDevelop customized GM and/or Ford Accessories displays, point-of-sale material and incentive programs to support the sale of GM and/or Ford Accessories within each assigned dealershipCreate engagement by training dealership personnel on GM and/or Ford Accessories selling processes; includes sales staff, parts departments, service departments and body shopsProvide local accessory support for divisional & dealer eventsSkillsPrevious experience as an entrepreneurial sales professional is desired; including a basic understanding of dealership operations and a passion for working with and/or selling to dealershipsExpectation is to work full-time, in the dealerships within your assigned geographical territory. There will be periodic meetings at our home office in Fort Worth, TX.
