They are seeking a temporary Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative to handle high volume inbound calls and emails, providing prompt and accurate information to customers.ResponsibilitiesProviding prompt and accurate information in a courteous and professional manner to customersCross trained in both call center and application processingSkillsHigh School Diploma or G.E.DThis position requires the applicant to pass a Bilingual Assessment. Must be fluent in English/Spanish6+ Months experience in servicing customers with professionalism, diplomacy, and consideration for the customer's concernsHigh speed internet access (Minimum 10MB upload speed, 100MB download speed)You must use a provided ethernet cord and be hard wired into your server from the router/modem.
