They are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support a high-volume hiring initiative across multiple business lines.ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptanceBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and high-volume roles across multiple disciplines and geographiesLeverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, talent databases, networking events, and employee referralsDraft and update job postings, offer letters, and other recruitment materials to ensure accuracy and complianceScreen candidates for qualifications, experience, and alignment with team culture and company valuesCoordinate interview logistics, feedback collection, and candidate communications throughout the processProvide a professional and positive candidate experience, serving as a brand ambassador for the organizationCollaborate with other recruiters and the Talent Acquisition CoE to support consistency in process, compliance, and use of recruiting technologyMaintain accurate and timely data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); generate reports as neededSupport employer branding, campus engagement, DEI hiring efforts, and job fair participation in collaboration with the TA CoEMeet aggressive hiring goals while maintaining quality standardsSkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and sourcing strategiesFamiliarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools; experience with Workday, iCIMS, or Greenhouse a plusKnowledge of applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and recruitment compliance standardsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholdersHigh attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a dynamic environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, service-oriented approachBilingual skills a plus but not requiredValid driver's license with an acceptable driving record; some travel may be required for hiring events or meetingsExperience recruiting for engineering, construction materials testing, geotechnical, environmental, or field based positionsCompany OverviewUES provides specialized geotechnical engineering, environmental, materials testing, and inspection services.
