[Remote] Temporary Case Assistant

Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Temporary Case Assistant to join their Fire Settlement team. The role involves communicating effectively with clients, managing electronic information, and maintaining organization across multiple time-critical projects. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines. Responsibilities Reviewing Settlement Disbursement Agreements Closing out and clean up files Mail checks from San Diego Office Communicate effectively with clients and gather necessary case information with empathy and professionalism Manage electronic information, including document management and document review Maintain organization across multiple time-critical projects and deadlines Utilize case management software (preferably FileVine) and Microsoft/Adobe tools to support daily operations Skills Experience with case management software, preferably FileVine Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe products Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Bachelor's Degree preferred Ability to work remotely Company Overview Singleton Schreiber is a law firm advocating against corporate and government misconduct.
