A Day in The Life: The candidate chosen for this position will assist with assignments across three categories within the flagship brand team: Youth and culture, social media, and Consumer promotions. The Impact You'll Make: Copy writing, deck building, and deck design Fulfillment of product and pos orders Participate in team brainstorming sessions to provide market intel or unique ideas Creative Asset Management Assist with youth and culture initiatives Consumer Promotion Insights and research on best practices Consumer Promotions Recaps Research Social Media Trends and Insights Develop social Media Ideas around creative content Conduct market research with a focus group of peers Complete a capstone project with a recommendation of how monster can better reach the gen z audience Recommendations for general process improvements Other duties as assigned by the team/ team leader Who You Are: Detail-oriented with strong organizational management skills, ability to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently Able to work effectively and courteously with the brand team and other depts as needed. Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently, and within a collaborative team-oriented environment using sound judgment in decision-making. Excellent communication skills both oral and written. Ability to think critically and problem solve. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office products (Excel, Powerpoint, and Word) Must be self-motivated and show an eagerness to learn. Currently majoring in business. Marketing preferred.
