[Remote] Technology Development Manager Site Operations

The Technology Development Manager Site Operations will act as a liaison between Systems Development, Process Improvement, and business end-users, managing technology projects and ensuring departmental business needs are met.ResponsibilitiesDetermines operational objectives within the department. Reviews, analyses, and proposes modifications to business systems to support departmental business needsCommunicates departmental business technology priorities to Systems Development and Process ImprovementManages internal department business technology projectsWrites and maintains user documentation, provides training to end-usersProvides support and communicates potential business impact to end-users from all functional areas, acting as an escalation point and subject matter expert for departmental business technology systemsParticipates in department initiatives related to new and existing business applicationsSkillsCollege or University Degree, ideally in the life science or health care fieldAt least 3-year experience in clinical researchAt least 2-year experience in Clinical or Site OperationsProficiency in standard MS Office applicationsUnderstanding of technology and IT systemsBiomedical and Health Informatics is a plusCompany OverviewPSI is a leading full-service global Contract Research Organization whose key strength is predictable patient enrollment across multiple therapeutic areas.
