The role involves creating clear documentation for users by reviewing the company's UI, website, and platform workflows.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Creating user guides, SOPs, help documents, FAQs, and knowledge base content
ā¢ Navigating web based software workflows and documenting each process accurately
ā¢ Capturing and organizing screenshots where needed
ā¢ Working with product, support, operations, and technical stakeholders to confirm accuracy
ā¢ Translating technical platform processes into clear internal and user facing instructions
ā¢ Maintaining consistent formatting, terminology, and documentation structure
Skills
ā¢ Technical writing experience
ā¢ Experience with product documentation
ā¢ Experience with software documentation
ā¢ Experience with SaaS documentation
ā¢ Exposure to telecom
ā¢ Exposure to VoIP
ā¢ Exposure to contact center technology
ā¢ Exposure to API driven platforms
ā¢ Ability to create user guides, SOPs, help documents, FAQs, and knowledge base content
ā¢ Ability to navigate web based software workflows and document each process accurately
