Compliance Paralegal – Immigration
Job Description: • Monitor internal case management systems to track deadlines, RFE responses, interview prep, filings, and overall progress • Ensure all key documents and actions are logged and completed in a timely manner • Flag delayed or stagnant cases to relevant attorneys and management • Help maintain compliance with firm protocols and procedural checklists • Collaborate with supervisor/team to improve accountability and workflow transparency • Prepare periodic compliance reports and assist with internal audits • Support administrative case follow-up to ensure no critical steps are missed Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of immigration law experience, preferably in a high-volume firm • Strong understanding of family-based, employment-based and removal defense immigration processes • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills • Proficient in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite • Clear and professional communication style—both written and verbal • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize competing deadlines • Paralegal certification preferred, but not required Benefits: • Fully remote role with flexible working hours • Competitive compensation based on experience • Opportunity to make a real impact by helping streamline and strengthen compliance and case flow • Supportive and dynamic legal team with strong leadership Apply tot his job
