Dice is seeking a Technical Writer to support the development and execution of communication and training plans for regional public services and local programs. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical systems and end-users, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and equipped.ResponsibilitiesCreate, edit, and format training guides and materials for systems of record using content from subject matter expertsWrite, edit, and distribute clear, concise communications to end-users and stakeholders; monitor group mailboxes to resolve inquiriesHost and facilitate webinars by monitoring chat, sharing links, and troubleshooting user access issuesAssist adult learners during physical classroom sessions, including equipment setup, testing, and registration trackingSkills3+ years of working knowledge with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)Bachelor's degree or higherFamiliarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Service Management)Exceptional technical writing, grammar, and oral communication skills-ability to simplify complex dataBackground in teaching, training, or adult educationVideo editing experience using Adobe productsKnowledge of WCAG/ADA accessibility complianceWeb design, web publishing, or advanced document formattingPrior experience working within public assistance or family support programsCompany OverviewDice is a job-searching platform for technology professionals.
