Qualifications: • Hold an active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential through the BACB • Maintain an active state license (LBA) as required based on location • Master’s or Doctorate in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field • Active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification, obtained before the start date is preferred • Ability to complete and pass a background check • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills across all formats and scenarios • Retain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to the home of clients.
