Qualifications • Proven experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus. • Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs. • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation tasks. • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle high-volume calls professionally and courteously. • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail during data entry and transaction processing. • Previous experience in sales or client services enhances your ability to upsell or recommend solutions confidently. • Knowledge of analysis skills helps in understanding customer needs and providing tailored support.
