BCforward is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support recruiting and talent sourcing initiatives across multiple business units. The role involves managing high-volume hiring while ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience, partnering with teams across various sectors such as Azure Data, Security, and Marketing to attract and hire top talent.ResponsibilitiesSupport recruiting and talent sourcing initiatives across multiple business unitsManage high-volume hiring while maintaining an excellent candidate and hiring manager experiencePartner with teams across Azure Data, Security, MAI, Commercial/Sales, and Marketing organizations to attract, engage, and hire top talentSkills5–7 years of talent acquisition experience in recruiting or sourcing rolesBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related fieldStrong understanding of talent markets and candidate profilingProven experience handling high-volume recruiting and managing full requisition loads consistentlyExperience recruiting for technology, sales, marketing, or enterprise business functionsStrong sourcing and Boolean search capabilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyKnowledge of recruiting processes, hiring practices, and employment complianceProficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word and ExcelAdaptability to changing recruiting processes and prioritiesLinkedIn Recruiter CertificationPrevious talent acquisition experience supporting a large technology companyExperience recruiting for cloud, security, AI/ML, Azure, or enterprise technology rolesCompany OverviewBCforward is an information technology consulting and staffing firm.
