[Remote] Technical Project Manager (FinOps)

The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment, visibility, and delivery of high-impact projects.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate initiatives across the FinOps and infrastructure roadmapMaintain project plans, milestones, risks, and dependenciesTrack actions and ensure timely follow‑upSupport governance meetings, workshops, and review forumsManage agendas, materials, communications, and action trackingMaintain portfolio‑level visibility into status, risks, and resource needsPrepare executive‑ready updates, dashboards, and decision‑support materialsSupport roadmap and planning activitiesFacilitate communication across technical, scientific, and business teamsDrive alignment across competing priorities and escalate blockers when neededIdentify and implement improvements to planning, governance, and reporting processesSkills5+ years in project/program management, PMO, business operations, or technology operationsExperience coordinating complex technical or infrastructure initiativesFamiliarity with FinOps, cloud financial management, cloud infrastructure, AI/compute environments, or capacity planningExperience supporting cloud, infrastructure, or digital transformation programsStrong project planning, coordination, and organizational skillsProficiency with Jira and Agile delivery practicesAbility to translate technical concepts into clear plans and updatesStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilitiesBenefitsFully Remote12 month contractCompany OverviewAstrix is the global leader in delivering innovative strategies and solutions to the life sciences industry.
