[Remote] Technical Project Manager

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure & Cloud Project Manager to lead high-visibility service-level initiatives focused on enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and data platforms. The role involves partnering with technical and business stakeholders to drive critical workstreams, ensure alignment across teams, and manage complex initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage technical service-level projects involving infrastructure, architecture, cloud, and data platformsDrive project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues are proactively managedPartner with cloud architects, infrastructure teams, data engineers, vendors, and business stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomesFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviewsManage project backlogs, Kanban boards, and work tracking within Azure DevOpsCoordinate and oversee cloud and data initiatives, including migration, modernization, and operational improvement effortsIdentify and remove project roadblocks while managing dependencies across multiple teamsProvide regular executive-level status updates, risk assessments, and recommendationsEstablish governance, processes, and accountability in environments with varying levels of project maturitySupport vendor management activities, including coordination, tracking, and delivery oversightEnsure confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive business and technology initiativesSkills7+ years of Project Management experience leading technical infrastructure, cloud, architecture, or enterprise technology initiativesStrong experience managing projects within AWS and cloud-based environmentsHands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including backlog management, sprint planning, and Kanban boardsProven experience delivering data and cloud transformation initiativesStrong understanding of infrastructure, architecture, cloud services, and technical delivery methodologiesExperience working within Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworksAbility to understand technical work efforts and effectively translate them into actionable project plansStrong risk management, dependency management, and issue resolution skillsExceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesData platform, analytics, business intelligence, or cloud migration initiativesVendor management and third-party delivery coordinationExperience supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure modernization programsExposure to hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environmentsCompany OverviewMotion Recruitment, a Kelly® Company, delivers IT Talent Solutions for Contract, Direct Hire, Managed Solutions and Statement of Work to all of North America from our 21 delivery centers.
