[Remote] Customer Service Representative I

The Customer Service Representative I will handle incoming calls, assist callers with the company’s programs, and collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.ResponsibilitiesProvide a range of customer service and support to agents and carriers over the phone, through email or chat to service new existing accounts in a high call volume environmentAnswer incoming phone calls with a positive and service-oriented attitudeDeliver a high level of customer satisfaction with the goal of creating an exceptional experienceMaintain a continual working knowledge of our client’s products, services, and promotionsDelivers service utilizing prescribed standards to supply accurate information to callers and resolve their issuesResearch, resolve and communicates information back to the customer in a clear and educated mannerFollow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teamsComplete a variety of forms and documents based on guidelinesDocument all customer information, communications, and sales in CRM systemReview and process applications, binders and other documents required for policy issuanceProcess policy endorsements, additional insureds, inspection changes and other requested policy changesOrganize policy files for proper documentation managementWork collaboratively with other team members and across departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasksOther responsibilities as assignedSkillsHigh school graduate or equivalent education1+ years of customer service experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to receive and make calls with confidenceStrong organizational and desk management skillsAbility to be a team player collaborating with customers and others within the organizationDetail oriented to complete tasks accuratelyStrong work ethic and time management skillsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, web-based programs, and comfortable learning new softwareBenefitsHybrid work option availableCompetitive Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life insurance401k with Company MatchGenerous Paid VacationPaid HolidaysCompany OverviewThe Amynta Group is an industry leading team of warranty and specialty risk companies as well as managing general agents.
