[Remote] Technical Project Manager

They are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead onsite data collection projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure project quality throughout the lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure for AI/ML, data collection, and software development projectsDefine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clientsDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocationsDrive E2E QA plans, coordinating with engineering, data science, QAs, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryIdentify and mitigate project risks and issues proactivelyFacilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to Agile best practicesCommunicate project status, milestones, and risks to internal leadership and external clientsEnsure compliance with Centific’s data security, privacy, and quality standardsSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical fieldMinimum 6 years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in AI, data, or software development environmentsStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management frameworks (PMBOK, PRINCE2)Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or AsanaExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsPMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a strong plusMaster's degreeCompany OverviewZero distance innovation for GenAI creators and industries Expertly engineering platforms and curating multimodal, multilingual data, we empower the ‘Magnificent Seven’ and enterprise clients with safe, scalable AI deployment We a team of over 150 PhDs and data scientists, along with more than 4,000 AI practitioners and engineers.
