[Remote] Technical Program Manager - Infrastructure

They are seeking highly talented and motivated senior Technical Program Managers with IT Infrastructure experience to navigate loosely defined problems and turn them into well-structured programs, while building cross-functional relationships to increase efficiency and reliability of corporate data centers and facilities.ResponsibilitiesBuild detailed plan for the technical programs in IT infrastructure that involve deployments in data center, network infrastructure, and cloud platformsEngage with stakeholders to capture project requirements, complete infrastructure design, and define project scopeDrive cross functional execution of program deliverables and migrationsIdentify opportunities for optimizing our tech and processesEnsure projects are on time, within the scope and ensure develop communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks to stakeholdersDrive multiple projects and work with technical teams to resolve technical issues / risksContinuously Identify, track and monitor program risks to ensure program execute as per the communicated planSkillsB.S in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience5+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experienceExperience delivering tech programs or products from inception to deliveryKnowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scopeClear communicationExperience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadershipExperience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zonesOrganizational, coordination and multi-tasking experienceAnalytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systemsKnowledge of Data Centers, Network systems, Public Cloud and/or IT infrastructureExperience with data center architecture and deploymentsExperience with Network protocols and devicesExperience with distributed computingCompany OverviewEkman Associates is a woman-owned (WBENC Certified) consulting firm that specializes in developing business, digital, and technology strategy, delivering solutions, and addressing human resource demands.
