As a Technical Program Manager (Data Center), you will partner with Engineering leaders to drive execution of critical initiatives, coordinate program milestones, and facilitate collaboration across teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.ResponsibilitiesPartner directly with Engineering leaders to track and drive execution of critical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and TPMsCoordinate action items and program milestones from leadership meetings, ensuring accountability and timely deliverySupport teams in collecting and validating progress reports, metrics, and updates ahead of senior reviews to enable high-quality, streamlined discussionsCreate and maintain program timelines, execution status to communicate progress and dependenciesFacilitate collaboration across hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to align on goals, deliverables, and timelinesDrive clarity and execution in ambiguous and complex environments by bringing structure, prioritization, and strong follow-throughSkillsStrong background (10+ years) in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program LeadershipDemonstrated familiarity with Software (SW) and Data Center Hardware (DC HW) technologiesExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skillsProficiency in project planning tools and tracking progress against complex timelinesWorking knowledge of software development processes, Agile / SCRUM methodologies, and release cyclesFamiliarity with data center operations, compute, networking, and storage infrastructure at scaleProven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while providing structure and driving program executionBenefitsMentorshipCareer growth opportunitiesComprehensive benefitsCompany OverviewALTEN Technology USA is an engineering consulting company.
