[Remote] Technical Program Manager (Adtech)

Hillview Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join their Advertising organization, which is one of the fastest growing teams. The role involves managing complex e-commerce projects from inception to implementation while collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization.ResponsibilitiesRun end to end lifecycle of complex technical projects that contribute to our Ads platform roadmap, from concept and initiation to release and go to marketOversee design, development, integration, testing and ramp of key technical initiativesLead key operating rhythms within our organization and between partner teams; ensure that everyone is working together helping solving cross org issues / communication / partner concernsAnticipate, assess and manage issues and risks; perform as needed root cause analysis and recommend mitigation plansEnsure clear status reporting is happening at all levels, whether at the sponsor level or day to day team membersDevelop presentations and supporting documentation for various forums and partnersBuild, document, and improve processes across geographically distributed teams/partners in order to optimize efficiency in a fast-pace environmentSkills6+ years of technical project management with a focus on leading full stack, end to end integrations and testingExperience in Ads or eCommerce in a product development environmentDemonstrated track record of leading projects from conception through post-launchStrong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologiesExperience working with engineering, design, product, sales, ops, and program management counterparts to deliver products/servicesAbility to take initiative even under unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances, under little or no supervisionClear and concise communication, documentation and presentations to your program manager and leads, and timely escalations of potential risksManage multiple partners at various levels in the organization and working with them all equally, proactively and transparentlyWillingness to be hands-on and do whatever is vitalBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalentExperience with Ad Tech, Search, Recommendations, structured data, and ML/AIBackground of full stack system integration, E2E testing, development methodologies, and dependency managementProficient in AirtableStrong understanding of using AI, especially with process optimization, reporting and project managementCompany OverviewHillview Consulting Solutions is well-versed in a variety of technology stacks and with a team of experienced individuals, our aim is to assist customers in scaling their IT and engineering teams.
