[Remote] Technical Program Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tailored Management is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join their SXP Product team. This role involves delivering complex programs while managing scope, quality, time, and budget, and requires strong strategic planning and communication skills.ResponsibilitiesDeliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factorsLead program-level strategic planning, interact with executive-level management, drive complex issue resolution, and demonstrate excellent communication and team-building skillsManage groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors that serve on projects to deliver systems and system enhancements meeting specified requirementsProvide oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levelsTrack and maintain progress reports across projects, ensuring timely and consistent follow-ups with stakeholders to drive execution and accountabilityProactively escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams or leadership when delays or blockers arise, ensuring timely resolution and project momentumDevelop and manage detailed launch plans, track existing bugs and feedback items, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive them through to closureSkills7+ years of experience in a mix of software/technical background and technical program managementBachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related fieldProven experience managing complex programs with multiple partners and stakeholdersStrong ability to understand and review code (Python, JavaScript); software engineering background preferred for understanding architecture and design aspectsExperience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environmentExperience with software development lifecycleDemonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing prioritiesProven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organizationStrong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functionsMust be able to work Pacific time zone hours (strict requirement)Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude and the ability to leverage them effectivelyExperience in monetization, advertising, or sales enablement programsAdditional years of experience, 10+ ideallyBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401(k)Paid VacationSick LeaveCompany OverviewTailored Management is a staffing and recruiting company that offers information technology staffing and recruitment services.
