[Remote] Technical Product Manager

They are seeking a Technical Product Manager to drive innovation around their blockchain products, manage complex product roadmaps, and ensure effective communication and collaboration among teams.ResponsibilitiesManage highly complex technical products at the fringe of innovation in the Blockchain spaceOwn and drive a rapidly scaling product roadmapWork closely with the engineering team to convey product direction and deliver milestonesManage Backlog and drive product development using agile methodologyActively seek user feedback to focus on solving problemsDemonstrate a data-driven approach to product decisions along the product development lifecycleClearly and effectively communicate and document the product strategy, functionality, and requirementsTrack, measure, analyze and communicate relevant KPIs as well as product development progress to key stakeholdersCollaborate with Designers to quickly iterate on UI implementations when necessaryManage and support new Product Launches in collaboration with other departments: Marketing, Business Development, EngineeringAssist and support the CPO in the adoption of new processesWork closely with the Ecosystem Team to ensure accurate technical documentation and support with problem resolution during Partner integrationsSkills5+ years in technical product management or technical product owner role, working closely with both businesses and developers in data-driven B2B/B2C initiatives and consumer-facing experience (preferably gaming, advertising, cloud, or data infrastructure)Structured and organized written/verbal communicationHighly motivated self-starter able to work with minimal supervisionAbility to context-switch efficiently from - understanding the user's need to getting into the technical detailStrong stakeholder management skills and experienceStart-up experience in fast-paced environments working in agile, cross-functional teamsExperience using Web3 technologiesWeb3 Product experienceSoftware development experienceBenefitsCompetitive salary and equity plansMedical, dental, and vision plansFlexible vacation and office policyCasual but focused work environmentOpportunities for professional development including conferences and hackathonsEquityCulture that embraces diversity and open discussionCompany OverviewTopl is an impact technology economy that enables digital and sustainable transformation across value chains.
