Business Intelligence Administrator

Job Description: • Lead and oversee a team delivering enhancements, support requests, and break-fixes within defined SLAs • Monitor and maintain Clarity/Caboodle systems for performance, stability, and data integrity • Implement and manage data quality, security, and compliance processes • Administer ETL workflows and manage custom table creation, extracts, and schema changes • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborating with stakeholders, IT teams, and end users • Plan and execute upgrades, patches, and system maintenance for Clarity/Caboodle/SlicerDicer environments • Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Epic Clarity, Caboodle, Reporting Workbench, Radar, and Chronicles • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable insights • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support • Lead daily scrums and status reporting with leadership and project teams Requirements: • Epic Certifications: Active in Epic Clarity and Caboodle (required) • 3+ years working with Epic Clarity/Caboodle (enhancements, break-fixes, and support) • 5+ years of experience with documentation, change management, and technical operations • Proven success in performance optimization, data warehouse management, and ETL process oversight • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a consulting environment Benefits: • Annual performance bonus • Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms
