[Remote] Technical Manager – Pre-Sales (Healthcare Platforms & AI)

They are seeking a Technical Manager – Pre-Sales to collaborate with business development leaders in designing and demonstrating healthcare solutions, leveraging their expertise in the U.S. healthcare domain and technical fluency. Responsibilities • Co-lead customized demos with functional leads; explain how platform components, APIs, and agentic AI work in real-world use cases. • Showcase technical credibility through deep product knowledge, integration fluency, and client-specific configuration. • Support proof-of-concepts and pilot design, ensuring alignment with implementation capabilities. • Own the technical sections of proposals, RFPs, and client documentation — including architecture, scalability, interoperability, and compliance. • Partner with engineering, delivery, and clinical operations to validate feasibility and estimate effort. • Serve as the bridge between Strategy & Transformation, Product, and Delivery — ensuring solutions sold can be implemented cleanly. • Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable inputs for the product roadmap. • Build reusable templates, demo scripts, and integration frameworks to accelerate future pursuits. Skills • 5–10 years in healthcare technology, product, or consulting with exposure to U.S. payer or provider ecosystems • Deep understanding of utilization management, care management, population health, and interoperability (FHIR/HL7, HIPAA) • Strong grasp of APIs, data integrations, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and workflow orchestration • Proven experience in pre-sales, technical demos, RFP responses, or architecture design with enterprise healthcare clients • Ability to articulate technical detail in simple, outcome-focused terms for executive and clinical stakeholders • Consultative, collaborative, structured, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, product-led environment Company Overview • Next-Gen Business Technology Platformization™, AI and Product Engineering Services.
