**Essential Qualifications**

* Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to handle outbound calls effectively, with excellent communication and phone etiquette skills
