[Remote] Technical Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Index Analytics LLC is seeking a Technical Analyst II to support the IDR process. The Analyst will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to review medical and billing documentation and assist in resolving disputes.ResponsibilitiesClosely review disputes in the Federal IDR PortalLeverage previous experience in medical record review/billing to perform case file reviews using multiple government and IDRE systems and databasesCoordinate within a team of Analysts to meet productivity goals for triaging and resolving open disputesBased on case review provide an assessment to inform decisions regarding eligibility and other dispute related determinationsIdentify gaps in documentation/materials needed for expeditious case resolutionDevelop overall recommendations for enhancements to business processes, workflows, case intake/managementResearch and develop meaningful guidance in the form of training materials, job aids, and operational documentsPerforms data collection from multiple sources to include the web, client databases, and other resourcesSkillsUS citizen or Authorized to Work and lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years. Must be able to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust2–4 years of relevant experience in case management, benefits or eligibility processing, health program operations, or similar high-volume, process-driven environments; bachelor's degree preferred but not required, with relevant experience considered in lieu of a degreeStrong attention to detail with ability to manage moderate to high case volumesExperience with case management systems, CRM platforms, or similar data toolsAbility to follow structured workflows while exercising sound judgmentClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsAuthorized to work in the U.S. with ability to obtain a Public Trust clearanceExperience supporting federal or state health programs (e.g., CMS, Medicaid, Medicare)Familiarity with HIPAA and federal data handling requirementsExperience working in regulated, audit-driven environmentsBenefitsHealth and retirement benefitsDiscretionary bonusesReimbursement for professional development opportunitiesCompany OverviewIndex Analytics LLC (Index) was established in May 2012 in Baltimore, Maryland, and currently supports mission-critical high visibility healthcare programs nationwide in collaboration with six federal health agencies.
