[Remote] Senior Technical Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to support and enhance operational workflows, serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and lead technical initiatives to align solutions with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business and technical requirements to identify and recommend effective system solutionsTranslate business needs into functional specifications, workflows, and design documentationFacilitate solution design discussions and support testing, implementation, and deployment activitiesLead and support technical projects through planning, coordination, communication, and implementationManage the business intake process for technology requests, enhancements, reporting needs, and operational improvementsCollaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, prioritize initiatives, and align solutions with organizational objectivesPerform data analysis and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business operations and decision-makingTroubleshoot complex system and data issues, including integrations with applications, databases, and third-party platformsCreate process documentation, user guides, and training materials, and provide end-user training and supportSkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience in technical analysis, systems analysis, business systems support, or related IT rolesExperience leading technical projects, cross-functional initiatives, and business intake or requirements gathering processesExperience developing functional design documentation and translating business requirements into technical solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard developmentWorking knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integrations, and data management conceptsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAbility to travel locally needed to attend meetingsAbility to communicate effectively with people/groups in multiple settings within and outside the organizationAbility to effectively utilize existing and emerging technology to achieve required resultsAbility to transport moderately heavy objects up to 25 poundsBenefitsMedicalHSADentalVisionFSALifeDisabilityPTO401(k)Company OverviewAs a nonprofit organization, we’ve been growing since the early 2000s when our first program, Reading Corps, launched in 2003.
