[Remote] Technical Account Manager

Scout Global is an AI Financial Services start-up seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to assist enterprise customers in adopting and scaling AI solutions. The role involves leading customer implementations, managing delivery, and optimizing AI capabilities to ensure projects deliver real business value.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of AI projects for enterprise customersWork with customers to understand their goals, processes, and technical requirementsHelp customers integrate and optimise AI solutions within their operationsTrack project success and use data to drive improvements and customer valueSupport technical discussions, solution design, and implementation planningPartner with internal product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver great customer outcomesBuild scalable onboarding and implementation processesManage project risks and ensure high standards for quality and deliveryAct as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to help shape future product developmentSkills3–5+ years of experience in technical account management, technical delivery, solutions consulting/engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing roleProven experience managing complex projects and multiple stakeholdersGood technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise softwareMajor passion for AI inside and outside of workComfortable working closely with engineering and product teamsData-driven and able to use insights to improve outcomesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCustomer-focused and passionate about delivering measurable resultsComfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environmentsA practical problem solver who enjoys tackling new challengesExcited by the opportunity to help businesses adopt AI and transform the way they workBased in NY and happy to travelCompany OverviewWinners: Best Start-Up Agency – The Global Recruiter Awards 2025.
