They are seeking a Technical Account Manager who will manage technical aspects of enterprise customer relationships while also providing product support and deployment assistance.ResponsibilitiesSupport our enterprise customers, driving adoption, value, and growth across the full customer lifecycleAssist CSM’s with Onboarding of new customers and translate their desired outcomes into a clear implementation plan and identify potential technical challenges around the deploymentServe as the primary technical escalation point - diagnosing and resolving issues across the full network stack (Layers 1–7), Linux environments, proxies, SSO integrations, and moreManage all technical facets of large enterprise accounts, including working directly with customers’ network and security engineering teamsCollaborate cross-functionally with Product and R&D to escalate issues, drive fixes, and feed customer insights back into the roadmapAutomate repetitive tasks through Bash/Python scripting and contribute to internal knowledge base and troubleshooting playbooksConduct business reviews, account planning, and drive customer advocacy through references and case studiesSkills3+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Product Support Engineer, or equivalent post-sale technical roleExtensive full-stack troubleshooting experience (OSI Layers 1–7): networking, firewall rules, TCP/IP, TLS/SSL, and application-layer protocols. Strong networking background is a must; CCNA or equivalent is a plusProfessional-level Linux experience — comfortable with the command line, log analysis, and system administration.
